Higher tiers unlock reputation management, AI chatbots, Voice AI, WhatsApp Business, call tracking, website builders, membership platforms, and dedicated account management.
How does the monthly communication credit work?
Each pack includes a monthly credit (£20-£100+ depending on tier) that covers SMS, email, and WhatsApp messaging costs. For example, £20 credit covers approximately 500 UK SMS messages or 30,000 emails. If you go over your included credit, additional usage is billed at competitive rates. You can also purchase add-on credit bundles at any time.
How long does setup and onboarding take?
Most businesses are fully up and running within 1-2 weeks for Essentials and Growth packs, and 2-4 weeks for Command Centre and Enterprise. We handle all the technical setup — CRM configuration, workflow automation, calendar setup, integrations, and branding. You attend your onboarding session and we walk you through everything.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or add extras later?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with new features activated straight away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also add extra credit bundles, Voice AI minutes, or additional user seats at any time with no commitment.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
Not at all. The platform is designed for business owners, not developers. You get an intuitive dashboard to manage contacts, campaigns, bookings, and pipelines. We handle all the technical work behind the scenes, and every pack includes onboarding training and ongoing support from our UK-based team.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. If you decide to cancel, we provide a full export of all your contacts, conversations, and campaign data. We give you 30 days after cancellation to request your data export before the account is deactivated.
